North Jersey Multifamily Homes Accessible to NYC
Hello BP community. I'm new to the site and really overwhelmed with amount of content available to me! I currently own my primary residence in Teaneck NJ, and was interested in investing in a multifamily property in neighborhoods accessible via public transit to NYC such as Hoboken, West New York, Guttenberg, & Weehawken. I'm interested in pursuing an REO potentially or a wholesale deal. Looking to establish mutually beneficial business relationships.
Also, I know some portions of these cities are safer neighborhoods than others may be. If anyone has any insight into neighborhoods to stay away from would be appreciated.

@Boris Portnov Welcome to BiggerPockets. I've always tried to buy around transit hubs as they usually always have a good pool of potential tenants much more so than other areas. Hopefully we'll see you around the site or at an event coming up soon!
