Glad to see this thread pop up, I was just looking for more info on SFR to assisted living conversions myself...Is there a good source of beginner info on where to start down this path?

In our culture housing is generational wealth, my grand-dad gave a house to my mom/dad , my mom/pop gave me houses and some inheritance, and I bought it over here and will give it to kids too....it has been in tradition for 101 years lol....some cultures not just passing a house but also passing a business/company too, look at South Korea.if you think about in 2023 you are late hundred years.

Honestly not everyone is equipped to handle the issues that pop up so turn it over to someone who is.

ground up construction is always much cleaner . in a fix and flip there are many unknows that may pop up after the demo stage is complete 

With all the random cars that keep showing up to the house for 10 minutes a pop and then leaving and it being all different people I think this could be a drug problem. 

Just an interesting thought experiment that popped into my head and I would love to hear everyone's thoughts!

When looking for info on one of the properties (8 lots) one of the lots popped up listed under land equities.

3 years later this popped up in my feed.

Or paint the perimeter cabinets in a warm white and accent the island in another darker color for a contrast that feels like it's a piece of furniture.Black Door Lever Hardware and Plumbing Hardware, Cabinet Hardware, Accents and Light Fixtures are a nice pop that feels modern and cohesive.
