They are super happy with OmniKey Realty, LLC out of Plano.

I would say go for Keller ISD, Euless, Bedford, Plano.

Don't overlook Plano, Frisco, and McKinney also since they will offer easy commutes to where many corporations are moving.

You should check out the meetups in Plano, Frisco and even Dallas because a ton of investors from there are investing in your market.

For some reason the Alliance area does not get the publicity that Plano/Frisco/McKinney receives.

A CPA in Plano may not charge the same as Boston, LA, or anywhere else.
