There is no free lunch in anything real estate related.. other than getting very lucky occasionally.

She may be better off just getting a credit card and using it occasionally and paying it off right away so as to not have to pay interest but it'll report to the credit bureaus.

And if I manage to tell this before my husband finishes the dishes then I'll move on to part of the contractor saga.

So the amenities she is given is a parking spot, washer/dryer access in our basement and of course her own apartment with dish washer (not common from what I've seen).

Hi,I just started selling off my rentals, and in doing so I have to employ a team of workers to fix up the houses, nothing crazy, but people are working on ladders and occasionally using saws. 

I write offers on 8-10 a week from HUD/VA and the occasional fair market offering.

Some people keep dirty dishes in their sink, others don't.

I own a small apartment building and looking to find someone who can take on occasional jobs, such as units turnovers and some relatively standard type maintenance work.

I understand that there is a federal law/regulation prohibiting landlords from favoring cable providers or dish providers.  

For the dishwasher this time, i don't think waiting til this Saturday for a new one should get me in trouble, washing dishes is not an urgent issue.
