If he's in East Texas, this is probably a softwood/pine situation, not hardwoods but it probably varies.

If this is by Pine Hills, I would not buy. 

One is on the MLS for a long time, the other is off market.Among other things, the Pinehurst, Whispering Pines, Carthage, Cameron, Sanford, West End, Seven Lakes, and Vass areas (Moore County or right next to it) are good for long term rentals.Ft.

The second floor was 1100 square feet entirely of knotty pine and an open bathroom you would find in a 70s disco club (although house was built in 1990).

I have a family that moved in saying they had 2 miniature pinschers.

Use lots of Amonia, Bleach, A combination sometimes of both and also lots of fabuloso, pine-sol and Mistolin.

I would look in what’s called the “Pine Hills” neighborhood of Albany for these.

@Connor Pine It may be difficult to get a traditional loan without any income, even if you have the down payment.
