I believe I need strong tools to negotiate with the GC whom I will hire and double check his performance on a weekly basis (ex: spliting payment as he hits each milestone or pass each inspection from COSJ building department.

Most people I've talked to who work for a company don't get the benefits of being a W2 Employee, they are 1099'd get up to 50% (after you hit their milestones which could be 1-3 years out) and are responsible for taxes, training, equipment, and building up their own network.

I felt compelled to write this article for all the entrepreneurs out there who are constantly striving to achieve their goals and reach new milestones.

Is there a way to put in weekly milestones that they would have to hit in order to keep the job even if it is hourly.
