But that is more of a business decision.  

You just need to be diligent, due your research, have a team, and make good sound decisions.

You also don't want someone with a dog in the race to be making decisions for your investment.

There are a lot of factors that go into the decision.

Then you are making that decision based on the data for the area and that unit..... not on who lives there already

Still haven't made that decision and not convinced I want both places...maybe a condo in the city and a ranch home in the country?
