I would bet money that the licensing agency requires in their rules that they must disclose in writing to the client every conflict of interest. 

Because that's a BONKERS concept to hold, and ya know NO financing agency on earth would ever do such. 

Must we forget the other federal agency, the Federal Reserve, is in a highly restricting posture right now, holding interest rates at historic levels to slow inflation.

When you know what to respond to your clients and what to ask, and feel you know your real estate scenarios and can answer confidently, that’s when you start getting listings and buyer agencies signed.

Generally speaking the big mortgage agencies -- Fannie, etc -- will not knowingly let you do something illegal at the federal level.

As for e- signing dotloop is what i use in my agency business and it's very easy.
