Hello Ladies and Gents!

One of the ladies in our group - a single mom herself- started a nonprofit and works to get these moms into affordable rental housing.

DM'd an Out of State list and had this older lady call me super angry/upset that I sent a letter addressed to her deceased husband.

People think agents just fill in the blanks on a contract and cross their fingers.

We haven't experienced any pet-related damages yet (fingers crossed) but have definitely have received some pretty great reviews as a result.

I’ll second this one and you may not always know about them ahead of the purchase but my first bed and breakfast we knew we had one ghost and we just couldn’t sell the house so we knew a lady that communicated with spirits (if you don’t believe in this that’s fine) and had her come over and there were 4 ghosts and she was able to get 3 of them to leave except for the original owner of the house who wanted the new owners to take good care of the property.

I think @Stephanie Jacobson is the one to ask about Binghamton...I think she mentioned short-term rentals in nearby Finger Lakes area but I'm not sure about in the city of Binghamton. 

I back that up when I see the elderly ladies picking up trash on the main street, fearlessly right in front of the drug dealers, and yell out my window cheering them on (that goes for the contractors fixing too).

There are challenges in some places too....let's say in US every agent also needs background check and finger prints to get licensed, this helps because we can then access lock boxes on private occupied homes.
