You lacked the due diligence necessary to understand how this model works.

It is currently an Excel spreadsheet (which works best for it) but can turn into Google Sheets or Apple's Numbers also (although the formatting may be thrown off with those options for the graphs).

Finisar I believe is some kind of apple product assembler....they had moved the plant to Malaysia about 5-6 years ago, but recently moved it back, another local hospital Wilson-Jones in Sherman, two colleges Austin College is 4 year and has a couple of Master programs. 

If it was lack of waterproofing (and the bath is on a second floor) then you are not likely to see the issue on the bathroom floor but in the ceiling below the bathroom.  

Honestly, I think the biggest hurdle you are going to have to overcome is a lack of time. 

And don’t mistake on purpose actions for meanness or lack of sympathy   My job after all of the diatribe and crap is to produce the highest level of profitability possible   It’s not to make friends    

I am not saying it is easy, and you will get called out by people that know more than you when you put something out there that shows your lack of experience.  

You can't ask for documentation or other paperwork and lack of a vest or other insignia doesn't matter.

New neighborhoods might lack amenities at first, which could make them less appealing to potential tenants.
