Before I made an inquiry, I would want to do enough research on properties in the area to have an idea on what you would be willing to pay.

Is this just a basic inquiry meeting or do you have some type of deal you are looking at?

Go to your local REIA & in this thread focus mostly on responses to your inquiry from folks in the same town as you.

I would not suggest getting another card, as that will be another hard inquiry and also lower your average age of credit.  

(C) Subsection (B) does not preclude an action against an owner of real estate who makes intentional misrepresentations in response to direct inquiry from a purchaser or prospective purchaser with regard to psychological effects or stigmas associated with the real estate.HISTORY: 2002 Act No. 336, Section 2.But like @Nathan G. said, they'll probably find out anyway.

There's no hustle needed anymore, no marketing needed, and just a bunch of physical work and way too many customer inquiries (a weird thing for an entrepreneur to say, I had a mini third-life crisis coming to terms with admitting that at first) . 

I have an inquiry about a 2BR from a family consisting of a woman, her son, boyfriend and mother.

As long as you price it cheap enough, you'll get lots of bookings/inquiries.

I sent out a few inquiries, received and "automatic response" but that's it.
