Aside from giving you mindmaps, checklists, scopes of work, as well as non-Ohio-specific contracts -- all of which are definitely valuable and save time, but can be re-created and are available elsewhere for less -- plus "credibility packets" (that's very basic and cookie-cutter) and private money presentation (which actually is inferior to what competition offers), what is there?

If the pics turn them off over the internet then you won't have the chance to sell them at all.The bottom line to all of this is trying to get a top market rehab selling price with an inferior product that still needs upgrades and work.I don't do residential and I don't do flips but I know what sells and if I was this broker/agent in the beginning I would have said something about the upgrades being made and why they wouldn't work.What about holding a broker/agent open house with free food and a prizes??

The vast majority of insurance people out there do not understand this because the majority of them are not active investors themselves and because of this, provide incorrect information and either inferior products and in many cases, based on my experience, the absolutely incorrect product altogether.

The tax lien you purchased from the State Of Louisiana in 2010 in my opinion is inferior to that of a Federal Government entity. 

In order to appraise a property with limited comparables nearby, the appraiser will either use older sales and adjust for market conditions (increased/decreased values) OR expand the distance criteria and adjust for location (inferior/superior).There are always comparables for every property, the trick is in the adjustments and the justification for them.Best wishes.

I built a profile in PC years ago but abandoned it for being inferior to Mint at the time.

Specifically, below market rents due to inferior cosmetic issues (floors, counters, appliance, paint, cabinets, etc.)

Or do most have drywall, and the painted white paneling would be inferior?
