Running numbers should have you running away from deals, not ignoring the numbers to still get the deal done.You can learn a lot by listening, but you can also start to tell he does a LOT of things that no one should ever do, and makes up for it by having huge volume.

I was told several times I was approved , it was in underwriting or they need a SOW to reflect etc... the a couple of call got ignored and then I received a email requesting a new appraisal for another 1000 dollars.
