I’m a little Leary about the quality of a drone inspection compared to the human eye.

You can background check all you want, but once you add the human element, there are so many variables.  

I had a late 20's tenant with $200k in student loans for a freaking humanities degree! 

In 2014 we bought our first house, although my husband made around 130k a opted for a 'good deal' because of who I am as a human.

I'm not saying $300 is going to make or break my cash out deal but $600 for an appraisal is absurd, especially when I both purchased and later refi'd this specific property and neither time did it cost me more than $300. 

Honestly I don't allow any pets so can't respond to a situation as absurd as yours.

To me its mingling personal business with business business.Sam  the human being pays the mortgage not Sam llc.   

Sorry, but that is just how humans work.

He may have made a good living for himself, but he sucks at giving legal advice.The lease does offer some protections for the tenant, but they're basically the same protections you would offer as a decent, honest human being.
