Should I pay for a hosting platform like Hostfully?

Kathy Fettke, who is the owner, is a regular host for the On The Market podcast.

I've been researching and it seems like we have two options. 1) Have the seller agree to let us co-host on the listing from the closing date through the end of the year/when the future bookings end while advertising the new listing for any new bookings.

Furnish finder is for mid-term rentals and even with that, hosts are finding Airbnb does better at bring people in to stay for few months. 

Go online to Airbnb in Avondale and reach out to some of the "hosts" to get the answers. 

Take a 20% royalty for hosting, unfortunately that means that technically you become her pimp.

I just rented out most of the previous month , and agreed to pay the property manager 18% of the booking fee host payout so net of any guest service fees or occupancy taxes airbnb takes.  

VRBO host "service" is closed.
