They are often horrible tenants that will dangle that out there to blind you to the other shortcomings they will have.... horrible credit....an eviction...... a previous landlord that will rip them....and on and on.

Last time I deployed my PM was horrible and it caused a lot of headache.

I think they re great in what they do but their communication system is horrible.

You could end up with some bulkheads in horrible locations if you just let teh AC guys do what they want.

I remember telling him, when I was a young boy as he bought his first property in Polanco, “Dad, this place is horrible!”

Jeff sent out a different guy 2 weeks ago to finish the deck/fence and the job looks horrible, paint running down in areas, some wood still showing, and there is stain from their sprayer all over my house, our neighbors house, our AC unit, etc. 

My experience with Pin Point Profits, after calling over 1000 names in the Florida market about several months ago while I as actively doing wholesaling; is on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being horrible and 10 being great); I would have to give Pin Point Profits a 2.Now my experience does NOT mean you will have the same experience. 

Exactly what @Mark Hoover said...... how many horrible tenantts get virtually "evicted" but it never goes far enough to actually have a legal recorded eviction.
