Bad communication from a property manager

Delice Manywa
Posted

I have a property management company managing my rental ( recently signed a two year contract with them). I think they re great in what they do but their communication system is horrible. They rarely reply my emails and never take calls. You have to leave a message and sometimes they call back. Is it just me or that' s how they roll ? Let me know what your experience it.

Thanks

Love BiggerPockets.

As a PM I return calls/emails as quickly as possible or at least say "I'm really busy at the moment I'll call in X time".

In any event, acknowledging the contact at a minimum.
