I think 100% financing is a fool's errand, which is why you can't get the numbers to work.

She took public transit there most days, ran errands at lunch (walking and public trans), worked the occasional late evening and never had an issue.

@Matthew Kreitzer  I stand corrected counselor... what ever we had to pay back it was about what we were owed so I just figured a years worth.. but either way it pissed me off.. since we had to go to all this effort.. ( I really disliked this tenant and wanted to prove a point LOL) which as you know in the law proving points is usually a fools errand...

I hated that a simple errand to Target or the grocery store could take almost half my day, between fighting traffic, finding parking, and dodging all the crowds of people.
