It is not clear if the Seller of the lien and the OP have executed assignments of the mortgage and and endorsement of the note.  

Hello.I found bigger pockets through a web search on owner financing and then I heard an endorsement on A pidcast.

The note is secured by the mortgage, and when you buy the note, that mortgage is assigned to the new owner, and the note is endorsed to the new owner, like when you endorse a check.

@Anthony Maggio  never been but I have clients I have lent money to that swear by him.BP is pretty much anti guru in any form or fashion.. so keep that in mind.But do not take my comments like they are a ringing endorsement.. just relaying the one client I have who has made millions and credits Lindahl.

@Alexander Cameron,In Texas we always refer to @John Jackson as far as "compliance" goes so I fully endorse what he has to say on the subject. 

So, on balance an endorsement for sure.
