Many companies had been existing on massive debt and endless borrowing circles.

Companies do not have endless cash to buyback shares, they need to have earning to create cash and there has been plenty of productivity over the past 8yrs. 

An agreement of sale can in general be continued endlessly.

I had done about 40 full rehab's and I always wanted to scale my business but what I found was that I was on an endless "Hamster Wheel" and I  knew I had to do something to break this cycle.

I think that if we can all meet that criteria and help each other the possibilities are endless.

Everyone has finite resources, it is just wrong to assume that LL's have endless resources or that their resources are a 'free for all'... we help who we can, when we can... and who we help is completely ours to determine.
