For an investor that has several units, we typically create a additional column  on Schedule E (assuming a personal tax return) called "General & Administrative".

LLC, S-Corp, etc) that files a tax return or do you own it in your personal name and report rental income on IRS Schedule E? 

Plus, as far as I have found it's the only PMS that will work for MTRs in addition to STRs with automated lease e-sign option as part of the booking / automation process.
