Out of spite, the OP would rather not pay tax but keep going which is only a greater expense --- in my opinion as you can see.I don't know about you guys, but I can't pay my bills with Title to a property. 

If the OP wish's to escalate this to civil court remedy.

But unless you have some local muscle who can show up and deal with the cops, OP needs to hire an eviction attorney ON MONDAY tell them what's happened and pay what you have to in order to have the eviction completed and the LOCKS CHANGED.

The cost wasn't bad - under $500 (for this job, supplies and to add a light above the coin-op dryer in the basement - I love my electrician). 

At first i thought the OP was saying just planting 6+ fruit trees on your property makes it an ORCHARD; rather than adding 6+ trees being an Improvement called an Orchard!
