@Ryan Evans I just toured a 160 acre river front parcel in Colorado today and am seriously considering a similar model but as @Jon Crosby has pointed out there is a lot to decipher and sort out. 

I'm having a hard time deciphering all the info.

It seems like you are struggling with this step which is fine it is tough.Look, if you can't decipher these important parts you need help.

Just saying, I can beat bushes walking and talking faster than snail mail or trying to decipher inquiries. :) 

You can get similar postal maps of zip codes, and decipher the mailing areas.

It's interesting that the program can decipher data such as vacant, vacant+high equity, +15yrs, etc. this would prove valuable as it will help you target properties.

However, it is important to realize that investing decisions are the result of knowledge, experience, and the intellectual ability to decipher what's important from "noise".  

If others performed even at half the rate as we do, running a buisness would be alot simpler.What deciphers the great from the dreamers, is if you can perform despite others,and navigate thru all the crap.
