@Doug Poff  if you pop on Brie schmidts turn key reviews site she has many podcasts of actual owners Brie does a fantastic job interviewing them and getting into the nuts and bolts of buying turn key.. one of the guest has posted on this thread even... if you like listening to those things I would recommend that.. plus I wrote an e book on the subject that you can down load from the site as well.

I've been reading so many posts, blogs, marketplace, eBooks etc from this site and it's been an incredible whirlwind of learning.

I have written an e-book on the topic of getting brokers to take you seriously when you are new at this.  

My personal opinion is that there are a ton of tools here on BP, ebooks, podcasts, webinars, blogs, etc, that you can learn a TON from for much, MUCH less money, if not for free!
