I would like to continue using my excavation company and network of contractors as a vessel to push deeper into this realestate thing.

When we purchased it, it was fully renovated and set up as a 5 bed/1 bath Airbnb.

Regardless of whether the owner turns a profit, brokers are called up on to sell, lease and manage, lenders will finance, contractors (often affiliated with PM companies will be called upon to put out the constant fires).

-If you are set on selling off market and too investors, I recommend reaching out to all of the property managers in the area and see if they have clients.

-Start at a title company- they will help you structure liens and deeds so that your interest is protected properly.

Additionally, the contract with the wholesaler is set to expire on Monday the 27th.
