Im near the cleveland clinic.

I'm currently a hospital Operations Manager (non-clinical/ support services departments). 

Also, Cleveland's industry has been climbing, (Serwin Williams, Progressive, The Cleveland Clinic all headquartered here)  That and our 7 colleges within driving distance from anywhere in Cleveland always allows for much demand in rentals.

When I drove the neighborhood and realized it was across the street from a methadone clinic with dope zombies wondering all over the place, the low asking price and lasting for several days before going pending suddenly made sense.

My properties are not too far away from the Cleveland Clinic hospitals and facilities.

20 years ago I was involved in such deals, medical clinic, dentist office, retail, industrial, ag, even a private airport and subdivision, looking back I guess I could say some of the properties would be nice to have today, but I'd probably sell them again.

I am Rochester native and graduating in May and will be working at the Clinic in June.

My current career/day job is being a Clinical Social Worker for the VA's HUD-VASH/Section 8 housing program, a program I'm sure many of you are familiar with and probably rent to tenants through.
