As for sex offenders, I personally would never rent to one, and if you do, make sure your house is far enough away from churches, parks, schools, etc. to satisfy criteria.

Struck a chord with me about wanting to give away $1,000,000 annually to charity because I actually wrote out a goal a couple of months ago that I wanted to tithe $1,000,000 annually to my church.

But I'm also a church pastor who wants to help people, so I'm mixing a couple to form my niche.

I think we are both busy with our W2 jobs, plus we try to excercise, go to church, raising family.

Sitting in church this morning and we have 5 families who have moved here from California this summer.

We bought 7 duplexes, (one is being converted from a SF), 9 SFH, and a church!

One non-profit that I called is a local church in my area.
