If it has “some” value some charities will take it for free… then they sell it for a couple bucks...3) List it on Craig’s lists, EBay, and local websites and newspapers in the area of the timeshare… 4) Call the time share company, tell them you are broke, just filed bankruptcy, and you want to know what name to deed the property back to as you are not going to make the payments any longer...5) Quit making payments, and they will probably foreclose to take it back...6) Have an attorney write them a nasty letter...7) Have your bankruptcy attorney write them a letter asking why they are still trying to collect after you filed bankruptcy… Are they not familiar with the Federal collection laws?...
