My parents are downsizing (Dad has cancer) so I'm hoping to find a duplex that my wife and I can househack and rent the other half to my parents (I'm guessing they'll pay rent on time :D ) I am so excited to expand my network and I'm wondering if there is anyone out there who is a devoted Christian, doing Real Estate for the Lord's Glory and His Glory alone, and would like to connect and run this race together! 

Also, there is the Cancer concern, for instance I will not live under major power lines (meaning it could be a detraction).Just my 2 cents.

In 2018 she was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Unfortunately, the owner has pancreatic cancer and needs to sell ASAP.  

This is his second bout with lung cancer, and we're waiting on news whether it metastasized before they could cut it out.Why'd he get this relapse?

@Michael Hajduk I know people first hand who died from asbestos related lung cancer.

With rent at $1200, I felt satisfied this deal still passed the 1% rule...Second hiccup is the cancerous SAGA between myself and Reveal Management.  

This year we are getting my wife through breast cancer. 

What if they’re just saying she has cancer as part of a ruse to get you to feel bad.

Even wearing a backpack gives you cancer over there.
