I don't think that you use an LLC unless you are building a business to attract investors and that is a more complicated structure with more costs involved and I think you only do that when you have a lot of success under your belt and know how to deploy hundreds of thousands of dollars to millions of dollars with outside investors' money.

So let’s say I switch jobs in 2022, and we have at least 5 deals under our belt, from rentals to flips or anything else, and we’re in the process of obtaining another loan for another deal in 2022.

Cleveland may be in the rust belt, and there may be a steady population decline attributed to that fact, but there are a bunch of stable industries in the area that makes it unlikely that Cleveland will have a rapid decline like Detroit.Anyways, let's see some major industries in Cleveland fail before we start calling it out as a potential Detroit.
