You won't be able to convert it into a modern floor plan and I think thats okay - I'd keep it authentic for the most part. 

You can probably get the price lower if you don't use a 1st class stamp; however, it reduces the authenticity of the Yellow Letter if you do this.

Does Bigger Pocket fact check or verify the authenticity of individuals they bring to there Podcast?

Additionally, it makes those of us who run clean business even more desirable I would think and higher quality investors will seek out those deals.From a wholesaling standpoint, it's a hell of a lot easier sell to an investor who trusts your deals are authentic, consistent and accurate.  

Authenticity is all that matters to most friends.

It's someone who operates with a sense of urgency, integrity, transparency, authenticity, and a strong posture.

Aswe all know, BP is fricken awesome and authentic in their education.In two weeks I close on my first real estate property (picture below).

The city is authentic, quirky, entertaining, and real.  

Lots of local food, unique and authentic local culture, and low cost of living.  

That doesn't solve your "offer before viewing" challenge but it does allow you to authentically make multiple offers in quick succession that are valid during the offer period.
