They legitimately feel that it would be amazing to sell to us.While everyone just turns off their brains, and work harder instead of smarter just for that illusion: "see I did so much work,  it has to mean I am closer to the reward", but sadly it is all it is an illusion.I rather work smarter, not harder and have whoever that is motivated, come and find me, instead of me chasing them.

I'll tell you what, being able to do $100 down on a multifamily renovation project in the future would be an amazing find!

I have seen amazing stories from many of you on BP and want to open my mind to new possibilities and strategies that are out of my comfort zone.Teaching - I have been building residential and commercial properties for many (too many) years as well as land development and property subdividing.

It sounds like they both loved and trusted you enough to pass down some amazing assets.

We own several residential homes in San Diego that we only lease to operators of care facilities...They make amazing tenants if set up correctly.

It is amazing what you can find in thrift stores and the like.Plus I put up a ton of large format photos fully framed.

yes the cash flow looks amazing on paper!

This is my first time posting to the bigger pockets forum but I must say the education I've been getting from the BP podcasts has been amazing. 

Not sure if this is valid point, but as a woman, when I search for a house, seeing a listing with the kitchen is what makes me click on the house fast.
