Really need to get them out, my plan is to give them 60 day notice prior to lease expiring in May of 2025, that they need to move out due to the owner will be remodeling and selling the unit.

I purchased a tax lien that was sold the next year with a “warranty deed” The lien was for 2022 taxes and the deed was transferred in 2023. prior to the transfer there is a long history of tax sales and different names paying taxes including a previous investor. how far back does the line of interest go and would the previous investor be considered someone who “holds interest” in the property?

If I provide the notice prior to the end of the12 month lease (October 28) do I still have to pay them several months of rent to help them transition to another rental?

I help fund a large project out of the springs where it was bought prior to approvals but it was already properly zoned so it was just prosecuting the map under the given zoning and that still took a few years.
