Currently in Rhode Island we have seen a boom in our blue collar base due to defense contacts with some of our more larger companies within the state and with the States focus on investing in manufacturing  has helped build a solid base for blue collar. 

It's also a good idea to look at what kind of areas are experiencing retail/restaurant booms.

All real economic booms I actually felt, came from a strong emergence of small business with the funding from their local small banks.

As far as water goes, wells are common here and easy to dig.With hundreds of possible home sites and for the interested developer, this is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a serious boom.

Pasco County is booming and there is a big upside with this investment.

@Ivan Barratt  I've been witnessing the boom of investments and were looking for a way on how to capitalize on the phenomenon, you did it!

A prior tenant moved out quite abruptly in the middle of a lease period owing about $2K in back rent and lease break fees (specifically outlined in the lease).  

She went back into the records and BOOM!

I live in Tampa and this area is BOOMING - new development every which way.
