(Helps me in the cases where they bring way too many guests).The other thing is the dashboard is huge deal for me.  

I don't feel like I need a terribly robust property management system at this point, and YourPorter does a lot more things than I need it to - I mainly use it for message automation, and I like it for these reasons: 1) it's not expensive and it's a flat fee, not a percentage; and 2) it will natively message through both AirBNB and VRBOIt's not flawless, sometimes things aren't where I think they should be and I have to hunt for them, and occasionally navigating my dashboard is a bit glitchy (I may have to force-reload a page to get where I want to go).  

I can imagine how frustrating this has been, but I would like to provide a solution.In order for teammates to view all the data the landlord, or main account, has shared, they will need to use the View As dropdown menu in the upper-righthand corner of the dashboard.

They have an algorithm to determine which properties are the same between the channels and join the data together into a single listing.I'm not sure what specific data points you are looking at, but I have been using PriceLabs market dashboard they launched last year and it's actually pretty decent.

I've experiment with the key fields and progressive stages quite a bit and found the ones that work best for my operation.It's much like a dashboard when in the field and much action happening. 

Question - anyone know of any platforms out there that can provide a one page dashboard to see data that is easily presented so owner can see a snapshot of data points.
