@Steve Hodgdon Thanks, I just started listening to his podcast and watching his videos on youtube.

When James moved into the master, he complained about Steve playing music too loud.

Now I see lot of people ( many on youtube) are suggesting that housing market is progressing towards a recession/ correction/crash and prices are going to fall soon.

Robuilt did a case study on his pickleball court ROI, I believe he has a video on his Youtube channel about it. 

However, tons of great forums posts in this website and lots of good videos on YouTube if you can’t offer anything.

I have cut out all music and have been listening to the podcast and audiobooks for the past week while I drive for work trying to gain as much information as I can.

@James Wise has a youtube chanel devoted to learning about the realities of inner city investing.

This would appear a blatant disregard for disclosing to would be Investors information that would have been needed to make an informed investment decision.Perhaps you already have this YouTube video.
