The reason for the delay: we have a newbie buyer who's on the fence and she is being spooked by her attorney (some attorneys do kill deals.2) We lost 2 properties on the list of 50 OFF-market REOs in Chicago.

Things are moving slower, sellers are spooked, and better terms are out there to be found by buyers.

I guess the devils advocate position would be if something like that happens where you're motivated to sell, that same factor will be motivating many others at the same time (and will be spooking buyers).

Tenants gets spooked when they know that a building is for sale, and they decide to move out.  

Both Russia and Ukraine have made it legal property, and Brazil is working on its own bill to do the same. 

Unfortunately the media have people spooked over half truths and outright lies and this uncertainty is resulting in real life financial consequences.  

A few hundred bucks definitely seems worth it, just got spooked seeing 4-figures and hoped that was for more complex scenarios/larger portfolios.

What a cruel idea to spook a female already on edge by a stranger “showing up” not cutting through and “few times” not once.  

Their government also CONTROLS their people OR ELSE as you are witnessing in ukraine which was in existence long before russia.
