Even though they are in lower-income areas, Flippers have been driving the price up on these lately with only cosmetic touchups; however, as a Section 8 rental they should still cash flow nicely, based on HUD Fair Market Rents.  

Problem is, I am short a very small amount compared to the cost of construction ($30,000 - $50,000 out of $900,000- don't know total as we are still finishing with legal stuff and small touchups) wondering if anyone knows of a way to finance the rest?

We have paint codes for everything and have tried getting touch-ups made with the codes only to find that paint manufacturer has changed or they are using a different tinter base or something similar, and the colors come out nothing near the original, and the paint match computer systems are really not that great.

This was to do touch up and few things they recommended to get rent ready.

This house is an older house, however I had a contractor go out to the property with me and the only thing it needs is a new roof and few touch ups on the inside.

If it is black, be sure to keep some touch up paint handy.

The house was dirtied up and had to be cleaned and touch up paint.

The dust is a problem, but its much easier to touch up paint than fix a messed up finish on a hardwood floor.

I only go with Sherwin Williams because my painter gets a deep discount and it's about the same as the cheap wal-mart paint.Standardizing paint colors is a huge time saver if you have to make repairs or touch ups in the future and is just one less thing you have to think about during a rehab.
