I get a call from the local police department at 4:30am that there was a fire!

They bring in multiple people such as an inspector, police, etc. and provide local contacts to answer any questions you may have for Milwaukee.We purchased our owner occupied duplex almost 2 years ago and are now looking to get our second multi-family home.

Inside I found the tenants had destroyed the bathroom tile and left me a bag of pot which took me 8 hours to turn into the police. 

Someone entered the house and braced both doors, and is still in the house.The police department is 4 blocks away.

Yes, that exact condo has tenants in it now at $1,350.00 a month, but I spoke to a few Police Officers today about that area of Santa Ana and they said, trust us, you don't want to live there.

The police called me this morning to let me know that a tenant (not on a lease) but living with someone who is on the lease, took his own life this morning with a gun. 

So I am about to get a job as a police officer (woop woop!) 

That with the building of the new police building and other factors help we decide if or when to get involved.
