I've worked as a tour manager for the past decade, and have recently made a switch into shooting real estate photography.

Id like to ask around for advice on how to seek clients for my new aerial photography and videography company. 

My wife and I do photography & videography and are wanting to go head first into the wedding industry with operating our very own venue.Considering we are not in the financial space to fund this venture, my question is, what different strategies would you recommend??

Take the $10 Udemy on-line course on Photography for Real Estate Professionals, it will greatly improve your photography skills and that is a skill we use a lot of in this business.  

Everyone is subjected to the same rules of internet no matter you run a car racing website or a photography website.

Can I invest in the property though my existing photography business and write off? 

If they want me to do my standard marketing with professional photography and professional flyers, then can pay for that and get reimbursed when the house sells.
