There are a few new hotel projects planned on the strip and if those pan out successfully I can see a lot more development in the future. (10 years from now).

Not sure how much this will cost.3) There are 2 Federal Pacific Panels that I need to take out and replace ~$2500.4)  It looks like someone did a shoddy job with the sump pump, so I'll need to get that checked and repaired.

I am actually possssssibly going to end up working with a turnkey provider in Columbus, but we are in the very early stages of due diligence so who knows if it will actually pan out or not (they don't more often than they do).
