Welcome to BP @Charles Haverty I hate to be in the "unsexy" pay down the loan camp, but I am.

Also have kids home from school for summer and in part time camp, so its hectic to try to jump on the phone at times. 

Unfortunately, building these relationships doesn't happen overnight, they take time and trust to form.

My lease says no overnight guest for more than 24 hours without notifying... and so on.

(My wife and I do come up once a month to help out at Camp Geiger at the protestant services both out in the field and at the small white chapel on base)

I had slept overnight and the place was gone by morning.... 

The positive camp of my local investors are telling me it is going to transform the area because more people more business moving in will raise the house prices and rents, while the negative camp is saying that the complex will draw all the quality renters in my area so the house prices and rents will actually go down.If you have come across something similar before, please can you comment what was the impact?

Not to mention a mile off the strip probably means it’s zoned R1 which does not allow over night rentals. 

Can anyone recommend any contractors and handyman services in Camp Hill, PA and surrounding areas (New Cumberland, Mechanicsburg, Harrisburg, etc)?

I'd set the thermostat at 78 overnight and 82 during the day.
