On occasion, I do share tips with tenants and give them resources where they can get help when they need it.

I haven't done the particular program, so I can't comment specifically, but I have interacted with Dave Van Horn on several occasions and I'll say he is the "real deal".

So while there may be a deal on occasion that falls through, it is not usually because they are trying to scurry off and find an end buyer it is usually a property issue that comes up during the inspection period. 

For this reason it is better to atleast prep them for the occasion.
