More of the investors I talk to here in Vegas are doing a lot more interesting investing deals than in the past few years out of necessity.

Such list shall describe work to be done, location, necessity, estimated cost, and the quarter of the year in which it is to be done.

There is a general trend these days to demand of people to provide personal information that is beyond the scope of necessity.  

For these reasons and many more saving early on has become a necessity if you want to thoroughly enjoy your golden years.

People are being forced to pay a greater percentage of their income towards rent which reduces their ability to pay for other necessities and raise capital for their own home.

Aside from an abundance of pizza, lawyers, mortgages and insurance, there is no more than 1 of anything and 0 of many necessities.

Approximately 13.5 million households are "renters by necessity".Workforce housing (low/median earners) has brought in $375 billion in investment over the last five years.More than 51% of the total for all multifamily asset classes.Despite this investment, only a "small" amount of workforce housing has been built in the last 10 years, with investors usually opting for luxury rentals.
