I'm most particularly a fan of turnkey rentals; more money to be made in rehabbing/ BRRRR

I'm not a huge fan because of the costs and risks of the program, but I've used it for customers in certain situations where it made sense.

I am not a fan of wholesalers, 98% of them are unethical and straight up lie at least from my experiences. 

The record is not terrible, but I'm not a fan of their model because it targets investors for whom these are wholly inappropriate investments.

So, it's likely to be seen by some fans of Wright's work.Is that $2m a realistic estimate for something like this, or is that just wishful thinking?

Appfolio is a great program but is extremely large and although we are huge fans, it has its issues.

I'm based in Dallas.Not really mate, "people buy people" and I never was a fan of "promoting" my business or selling crap from stage.But now that I think of it, might get some branded stand up banners, quick fold up picnic table, 3 pretty ladies and just have a set up in the lobby hahaJokes

Big fan of the area and more than happy to answer questions about it. 

I'm a big fan of streamlining and I just really appreciate that everything is in one place now.
