It's a poorly organized database and interface though and can be hard to find what you want so an OPRA request can help cover anything you might miss researching on your own.A lot of unsuspecting buyers don't know these types of information exist and are available for free to the public.

Dot loop is okay too but not worth it for the cost.right signature is the cheapest if you have an affiliation but its interface isn't quite as nice.I would vote for Docusign~

I think Zillow has a Lot of the local traffic nowadays in the San Jose, CA area and their interface offers a lot of info that consumers are after.

I also preferred the interface of Buildium.The negatives of Buildium is that the prSupoort wasn't designed for high level accountants.

This is secondhand information, however, since I have not interfaced with them personally.Cohoes Housing Authority (S8), on the other hand, was great to work with (direct deposit on the 1st, would answer my questions), although they would not pay me market rate for my apartment

There's a lot of what L&I does that interfaces with other departments and you'll get a lot of answers to questions like "That's not my job" So for you to actually figure out what you need to do will require your own sleuthing because odds of someone actually helping you are slim to none.
