My guess is W2 Rich ...Builders are out of luck as we have too many houses produced during the bubble so we need to chew up 3 years worth of building.So in the end buy cheap housing close to land value (Like 35K and Rent for 950 as listed in a previous post)Good Investing

Much healthier, lower sugar, less fat, whole grain, include flax seed, walnuts, fruit, good healthy stuff.Today I cooked a couple of pounds of black beans ad a batch of boiled barley, and they got frozen in 1/2 C servings.

Great way to wake up, 4:30 phone call from the police because a drunk driver hit my property.Took out my brand new meter base, isn't even paid off yet.I got chewed out by the police and others for not having home owners insurance, so I wanted to break this down and see what your thoughts are.Insurance was costing me roughly $200 a month on my rentals when I canceled it.

imagine if they were moving out in a few months, leaving you with a few rooms to paint back from their dark green and purple vertical stripes (won't let that happen again :D ), replace flooring and chewed up doors due to the dog, and fix the counter...i think you made the right decision, and turnover should be a breeze--or at least a lot easier than it would've been if you caved into their desires a year ago----way to go!!

They must be past the chewing and piddling stage.Terriers and high energy breeds, I won't acept less than 18 months of age.With a 4 month old pit-bull puppy, you'll be lucky if the kitchen cabinets and all the baseboard aren't chewed to splinters.

Most of these properties are the Worst house in a Good Neighborhood. 1 Home has Commercial Lot Potential, on the corner of a really busy intersection, kiddie corner from an orthodontist.I do most of the work and manage all properties by myself to increase profit although almost doubling portfolio would spread me thin.More info to chew on...I am still getting used to this blog thing so I may add more $'s and #'s for you soon.

As most "old timers" have stated many times investing from a distance of more than an hour from where you live is frought with many challenges... everyone of which you will have no experience dealing with and will have to rely on others to resolve... and that is going to get very expensive and will chew through your profits/cash-flow in no time...
