One stop shop- they go in, clean everything, change linens, provide soap and paper goods.

Use Hotsy with soap if all greasy. 

I buy toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent & dryer sheets, dishwasher soap pods, liquid dish soap, coffee packets, sheets, pillows, bath towels, washcloths & hand towels from SAMs. 

I'm not storing perishables, jsut bottled water and soap etc
