I've used it checking electrical panels for hotspots, and for locating cooler, damp areas of sheetrock, and checking surface temp prior to painting.

I ask the guests to fill them up before they leave and it has worked great for 5 years now.Our house is on the lake and people are going to fill up coolers.

Contact the office for recommended companies that can service the home.Remove window air conditioning units and store them for the winter.Swamp coolers must be winterized and removed or covered.

It is considered a lot 'cooler' to place them in a cabinet on the island.....usually with a remote opening drawer....

@Julie McCoy, I don't pretend to be a seller-financing expert, but my instinct is that seller financing generally works best in cooler markets or in downturns when you really need to expand the buyer pool.

Plus I get two pretty cool cars to drive when they aren't rented, and then once they are paid off I'll have a nice $4-9k chunk per car when I sell them, and then I'll probably upgrade and get something cooler that will rent for more and be more fun for me to drive :) I haven't been able to list my new car yet (because I need a permanent tag to list and I just bought it), but I'm hoping to do even better now with 3 vehicles.

I also would love to speak with a qualified plumber who has experience in converting the house to radiant floor heat with a boiler and replacing the swamp cooler or advising an alternative.
