So we fight we get to trial ( one of the rare times in all my 4 decades I ever got in front of a judge) and we are just about to wrap up, Council for the Church is sitting there going over the dates of publications and it just dawns on him that tax collector for that year only published in the paper 20 days not the 21 days.. he makes a motion shows the judge..
