Just got word that the City Council is considering an ordinance that would make it unlawful or discrimination to exclude section 8 applicants from the application process.  

BUT - if re-plat is greater than 4 Finish parcels, this adds more level of bureaucratic red tape involving planning and zoning commissions PLUS the city council.   

I deal with city planners and council 2-3 days a week, the process is never of your own interest but how your project will better the city.

New on this site I'm from Vancouver and was wondering if it's a good idea to wholesale in British Columbia.

They certainly have an incentive to not reveal a large number that might scare neighborhood associations and the city council.)

For anyone who has been following the 17 Herff Rd development - city council will vote on it tomorrow night 4/11.

So we fight we get to trial ( one of the rare times in all my 4 decades I ever got in front of a judge) and we are just about to wrap up, Council for the Church is sitting there going over the dates of publications and it just dawns on him that tax collector for that year only published in the paper 20 days not the 21 days.. he makes a motion shows the judge..
